2018 is here and your dealership should be well on the way to a successful year. The economy is booming, and unemployment is at record lows. People will be entering the market to purchase vehicles from you, and you need to have a plan to maximize your profits. 

One of the biggest walls I see independent auto group owners hit is the “We are already doing the best of everything” mentality. Let me tell you, everyone has potential to improve their customer experience and sales process…from a website update to additional products you may offer to your customer. Ask yourself some basic questions: 

  1. When was the last time we reviewed our processes? 
  2. Why did we review our process the last time? 

Answers to these questions should help you understand why you should continually review your processes and partners. Getting into the mindset of “I want to have the best process” and “I can make more money” is step on your journey to making more money.
